F.E.A.R perseus mandate acrescenta muito pouco a história, apesar de maior que o extraction point, o game possui uma campanha muito vazia por conta da história. O jogo mantém os gráficos e a jogabilidade, ou seja, continuam boa, além de possuir um bom áudio.
